Purpose – to progress the draft goals and actions of the region and planning for the regional symposium

Consolidating the draft goals established in workshop one to reflect the needs of your region
Demonstrate the ID Toolkit section, Interact and the Teacher Resource Exchange on the GATE website
Signal website refinements, including the development of a regional presence
Develop the agenda for the regional symposium – this will be a 9.00am -3.00pm event
Identify and support potential schools which may take a regional cluster leadership role

10.00 - 10.20	Welcome to new members – introductions Current status of the overall project : Community facilitator appointment on mailing list Wikispaces Student space Website audit and rationalization of content ID toolkit Reminder about the National hui on November 17, 2011
10.20 - 11.30	Wikispaces orientation 10 mins Revisit network maps – what additions? Revisit goals in wikispaces - Discuss and decide on 3-4 goals Break into groups of 3-4 – each take a goal and work on associated actions and tasks – templates will be provided Work on electronic copy – upload to new page on wiki at end of session Whole group discussion – share progress on project goals and associated tasks
11.30 - 12.00	Regional symposium planning - Maximum of 96 attendees National Hui - 4 representatives from each region
